Install NovaTV on Amazon Fire TV

Follow the three steps below to sideload NovaTV on any Fire TV or Fire TV Stick device using the Downloader application.

Step 1

Install the Downloader app

From the Fire TV home screen, open the Amazon Appstore, search for Downloader by AFTVnews, and press Download to install the app.

Step 2

Enter the download link or quick code

Launch Downloader. In the address field type https://novapp.app/dl or use the short code 9512190, then click Go.

Type the code and select Go to open the NovaTV download page.
Step 3

Download and install NovaTV

Downloader will fetch the APK file. When the download completes, choose Install. After installation finishes you can tap Done and delete the file to free up storage.

Install NovaTV once the download finishes
Allow the install prompt to complete, then launch NovaTV.

Allow Apps from Unknown Sources

If this is your first time sideloading, make sure Downloader is allowed to install apps:

  1. On your Fire TV go to Settings › My Fire TV › Developer Options.
  2. Select Install Unknown Apps (or Apps from Unknown Sources on older firmware).
  3. Turn Downloader to ON.

After enabling the permission, return to Downloader and repeat the steps above if required.
